JUNIOR BI CONSULTANT
Lupus Consulting is looking for SAP BI Consultants who have a mix of technical and business process knowledge, alongside strong analytic skills. The Consultants will be a part of a European / Global support team and have the opportunity to learn new technologies and to develop their knowledge in SAP BI. The role sometimes requires traveling within Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring regular SAP BI related system processes
- Detect and analyse issues and fix them
- Operating the escalation route in the team
- Perform regular and ad-hoc reports
- Provide suggestion for BI system improvements
To be considered you must possess:
- Fluent English
- Fluent Hungarian
- University diploma
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- 1-2 years experience in SAP BI/BW operation, or implementation
Advantageous Skills:
- German knowledge
Location: Budapest with limited travel
Start: 2nd of May.

SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR
Focusing on improving the customer experience. The successful applicant will be joining a multi-disciplinary team with a focus on improving the customer experience. The applicant will use helpdesk systems to track and take ownership of customer issues that are monitored within the parameters of Service Level Agreements. The role will provide exposure to many different business and some technical areas. The role also provide opportunities to get involved in all areas of global companies. Some weekend and out of hours work may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Log, maintain and resolve helpdesk issues and flag escalations
- Maintain the SLAs of customer contracts
- Highlight potential major issues
- Expedite issues resolution with consultants if necessary
- Use helpdesk systems to track and take ownership of customer issues that are monitored within the parameters of Service Level Agreements.
- Continuous status reporting
To be considered you must possess:
- English
- Recognised IT Qualifications
- Excellent documentation skills and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Customer support experience (in any capacity)
Advantageous Skills:
- German knowledge
- Software testing experience,
- multi-layered applications knowledge - ERP system
